Return Order/Item

To process your return as quickly as possible please follow the instructions below. 

To be eligible for a return,

• All items must have the order number and customer name with them to enable identification. Please use the form below.
• your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original unmarked packaging. 
• We will not accept goods for return where the packaging that has been defaced/damaged, i.e., the shower box has had our returns address written on it., The packaging has been ripped open or the packaging taped together.
• All goods must not show any signs of installation.
