The RUBI spacers are, without any doubt, a really indispensable range for obtaining perfect finishes in any installation work of ceramic tile.

RUBI manufactures spacers for joints with a high quality base material and, for this reason, they do not present any type of imperfections or burrs.


The spacers for joints of 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 mm are recommended for the installation of ceramic tiles and pavements with minimal joint. The massive structure of the spacers for joints of 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 mm has been designed to provide greater resistance to bending and crushing. These properties make spacers for joints of 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 mm are highly recommended for coatings with ceramic tiles of large formats.

The L (long) versions of the 2 and 3 mm spacers are perfect, both for cladding and for paving with large-format or rectified ceramic tiles, with a thin joint.

The internal geometry of the spacers for joints of 3 mm long and 4 mm has been designed to provide greater resistance to bending and crushing. These properties make the spacers for joints of 3 mm long are highly recommended for coatings with large format ceramic tiles.

The internal geometry of the joints for joints from 5 to 12 mm is hollow and has a design with internal reinforcements that allows them to withstand stresses and prevent their crushing. This hollow design facilitates the entrance of the joint mortar and, if the type of installation permits, leave the spacer inside the installation joint without affecting the integrity of the joint in the future.

The RUBI reinforced 5 mm spacers are crosspieces with greater rigidity, specially designed for use on large-format floor tiles. The underside of the reinforced 5 mm spacers is designed to offer a good settlement in the grip material and to facilitate, if the type of installation allows it, the spacer is inside the installation joint without this being able to affect the integrity of it in the future.

Hassle Free Returns

At We Love Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item for a refund. After this period, up to 180 days from delivery, returns will only be eligible for store credit, with a 25% restocking fee applied.
  • Exchanges or refunds are not available for special ordered items such as whirlpool baths or specially plated items like brass, gold or nickel, which are made to order.
  • Products must be in resalable condition, unused, and in their original undamaged packaging (including pallets where applicable).
  • Opened shower enclosures, shower doors, shower trays, and bath panels cannot be returned unless faulty due to health and safety regulations.
  • Returns are at your own expense, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
  • If the item is installed or shows signs of installation, it cannot be returned.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Tiles, Special Order Items, and Perishables (e.g., grouts and adhesives).
  • Made-to-Order Products, including whirlpool spa baths, custom-painted baths, and plated items.
  • Special Order Items identified at purchase cannot be returned unless cancelled within 24 hours.

Damaged or Missing Items

At We Love Bathrooms, we take great care to ensure all our products meet strict quality standards. However, in rare instances, an item may arrive damaged or with missing parts. If this happens, we’re happy to provide a replacement, but please follow the steps below.

Reporting Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by calling us at 01942 311234 or emailing us with photos or a video as proof.
  • Reports made after 48 hours will be assumed to have occurred while in your possession and will not be eligible for a free replacement.
  • Store Collection Orders: If you are collecting an item from our store, please inspect it before leaving. Any issues must be reported at the time of collection.

Inspection & Packaging

  • Keep all original packaging for at least 30 days in case a return is required.
  • Do not install any damaged items, as installed products are considered accepted and cannot be returned or replaced.
  • Installers can sometimes accidentally damage products during installation. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend that you or your installer check all items thoroughly before installation. If a product is damaged during installation, any replacement costs will be at your or the installer's expense.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned items.

If you are approved and your return qualifies for a refund this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a maximum of 14 days.

If your return is eligible for a credit note only we will notify you of the amount less any restocking fees. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue date.

Shipping & Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel your order after it has left our warehouse, a £45 return fee will apply to cover the return costs.
  • We understand that plans can change, so if no one is available to receive your delivery and a re-delivery is needed, there will be a £16.95 fee.
  • Similarly, if a delivery is refused upon arrival, a £45 return fee will also be charged.
  • If you have any questions or need to make changes, please reach out to us—we're happy to help!

Order Changes & Amendments

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
