We delivery your goods on our own van, or by a 3rd party specialist delivery firm. Once your item has been despatched, you will get a tracking notification via email and text. Once your order is in the hands of our dedicated specialist delivery partner they will contact you to arrange delivery on a suitable date.

Small Parcels Delivery (taps, shower systems, wastes) 2 - 5 working days.

Next Day Delivery, On stock items we are able to offer fast delivery, to enquire about next day delivery, your order must be placed by 12noon, and you must contact us on live chat or by phone

Click & Collect, on stock items we are able to offer you collection from our warehouse. Please please your order online and choose click & collect. Most Click & collect orders are available within 48hours.

We have a fast turnover of stock and are always doing promotional deals, if you want this item at the advertised price, then we highly recommend you buy as early as possible to avoid disappointment with price and availability in the future.

• We can't accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or installed, they must be returned in the original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for special ordered items such as whirlpool baths which are made to order.

Whilst all our products pass strict quality standards, on very rare occasions you may find an item arrives damaged.

Please make sure you inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and let us know within 14 days of receipt if an item is damaged, by calling us on 01942 311234. Once the damage has been confirmed, we'll ensure it's replaced free of charge, and with the minimum of fuss.
